Putting Food on the Table

For many refugee families, putting food on the table has become harder. Changes in access to public food assistance have left some families with fewer resources to cover everyday essentials.

HECR helps fill that gap. Every Wednesday, we provide free groceries and diapers to more than 180 families, giving our refugee neighbors a reliable place to find food and basic necessities.

This program happens because our community shows up. Volunteers help collect food from the food bank, transport supplies, and set up our weekly grocery distribution.
